Checkin' out the Arch

We stopped in St. Louis on our way from Louisville, KY to Omaha, NE.

The noob (PZ) & I went on the St. Louis Arch tour. It included a short documentary on the building of the Arch, and then we were ushered into *tiny* sit-down elevators. The view was neat, though the windows a bit small. I'm glad I finally got to stop and see the Arch - I've driven through St. Louis about 4 times before without stopping. The city was celebrating St. Patrick's Day a bit early. There were parades, and everyone was wearing green. We ate at the Trainwreck, a pub a few blocks north of the Arch. Mmm, bison.
