Did You Vote for a Liar? Let's Fix That.

Hi, it's me again, with another political post.  I didn't expect to be writing another one so soon, but then I didn't expect the president to heal the sick and cure the lame. Praise be to Jesus Trump!

Step Aside, Jesus, There's a New Messiah in Town

On Sunday, April 12, 2026, the president of the United States of America posted a picture on his Truth Social network of himself as Jesus, healing a man.  Let's bask in this image:

Look at this garbage. Holy Donald "Third Wife" Trump, reaching out to heal a man while a woman prays to him and some other people vaguely look in his direction.

A Christian should call this what it is: blasphemy.  Not much could top this in spiritual terms. Unless...

... unless he decided to lie about it.

So, here we have the President of the Unite States, a position that we should be able to implicitly trust, saying "It was supposed to be me as a doctor".  Move over Henry, we have a new liar in town!

I cannot stress this enough:

• A Christian should be appalled that he posted the image of himself as Jesus, with people praying to him.
• Anyone - Christian, Muslim, Atheist - should be horrified that he so casually lies about it, when the truth is evident for all who have eyes to see.

Donald's response is a child standing next to the broken window, baseball glove in hand, and saying "I don't know what happened."  Since the president is a true and good Christian, perhaps he is familiar with Proverbs 6:16-19.

There are six things that the Lord hates,
    seven that are an abomination to him:
haughty eyes, a lying tongue,
    and hands that shed innocent blood,
a heart that devises wicked plans,
    feet that make haste to run to evil,
a false witness who breathes out lies,
    and one who sows discord among brothers.

Does he understand that this is not a to-do list?  Do you realize the amount of power this liar has? Do you realize that if he will post a picture of himself as Jesus, and then say I thought it was me as a doctor, what else he will lie about?  

Most people know someone who's a pathological liar. I know a couple.  They're not people I trust or hang out with.  One of their key traits is they will never admit they're wrong.  Imagine the pathological liar in your life, and how frustrating it is to deal with them.  Now imagine that, despite their history and your experience, you voted them into one of the most powerful positions on Earth.

We can work together to fix the damage done by Donald Trump. The House of Representatives has a resolution to begin the impeachment process. But it can't happen without your help! Please call your representatives and senators to tell them you support impeaching Donald Trump.  You can use 5calls.org to find out contact info, and they even provide some starter scripts about impeachment in case you'd like help when speaking with people. 

We do not need to wait for the next presidential election to be rid of this liar.
