...took us around the countryside of Devon. We started at Tucker's Arms Hotel and continued up the lane past houses with thatched roofs and large gardens. We stopped and said "hello" to a few horses in the field. The walk took us onto a path near a creek, which we criss-crossed many times on planks of wood. We met a family out for a ride on their horses, and a woman walking her dogs in one of the fields we passed through.
