Take a pork loin and cover it in herbs. Then take pork belly, tie it to the top of the pork loin and cover it in herbs as well. It is delicious. This is easy to make, although the prep requires a day to marinade in the fridge. I've made it for Christmas and it was a big hit. PDF for posterity
